The Regional Secretary for Health accused today the leader of the PSD of creating instability in the Regional Health Service when talking about something she does not know.

In response to the statements made by Berta Cabral yesterday, following a visit to S. Sebastião Clinic, Miguel Correia explained that "the budget and financial management that is being carried out is exactly the same as in previous years. In the same period of time, there was no problem in November or December, or even in any other month regarding hospital funding."

For the Secretary for Health, it would be important if the leader of PSD would worry about the debts of sub-systems to the Region.

"It would also be important if Berta Cabral used her acquaintances  to convince the national subsystems to pay what they owe to the Regional Health Service. Therefore, we would have the necessary sum to settle all debts owed to local and regional suppliers, said Miguel Correia.
