The Angra do Heroísmo Ecoteca promotes, till Monday, a workshop of construction of puppets with resource to the reuse of materials and addressed at youngsters from eight years of age.
 
The initiative, begun on Thursday, proposes like thematic contents the reflection on the consumption, the approach to the cycle of the residues (RSU) and the 3 R’s policy (Reducing, Re-using and Recycling).
 
The event happens as part of the “Christmas Atmosphere” program, which closes the activities program of 2008 of the Ecoteca and it has as objectives the development of the imagination, of the aesthetic / artistic sensibility and of the environmental conscience.
 
For such, after having finished the puppets, the participants will be orientated in the creation of dialogs that will demonstrate the reuse of objects with practical usefulness and / or artistic quality.
