The President of the Government conveyed his satisfaction with the victory of Boa Viagem team at the "Taça Federação" (Federation Cup) of the Portuguese Woman's Basketball League.

In a message addressed at Paulo Silva, Chairman of the Board of the Boa Viagem Youth Club, Terceira Island, Carlos César praised the athletes, coaching staff and club leaders for this achievement "which once again demonstrates that the Azores are a region where sport has reached a level of competitive excellence that places it among the best nationwide."
