The Government of the Azores, through the Vice-Presidency, promotes the participation of regional companies in the SIAL Fair, which will take place in Paris from October 16 to 20.
 
Considered as one of the greatest sources of inspiration for the food industry, SIAL Paris is an exclusively professional fair that showcases agri-food industry products. The event is expected to receive about 155 thousand visitors.
 
This participation is being prepared by the Society for Business Development of the Azores (SDEA) in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Azores. The Region will be represented by some of the main regional exporters with the aim of promoting Azorean agri-food products and actively contribute to the increase of exports.
 
This year's edition of SIAL Paris features more than seven thousand companies from 1000 countries.
