The Regional Directorate for Culture, through the Carlos Machado Museum in Ponta Delgada, promotes, from February, guided tours for adults as well as activities for parents and children on the first two Saturdays of each month.
 
The initiative aims to make people better acquainted with the various centres that make up the museum, through visits addressing specific themes of each collection, thus providing visitors with the opportunity to know other perspectives of the heritage preserved by this institution.
 
Every month, through its newsletter and social networks, the Carlos Machado Museum will announce the theme of the visits and activities planned for next month's Saturdays.
 
Visits and activities are free but require previous registration, which must be made by telephone 296 202 930 or at the email [email protected].
