Under the assessment process of the Land Management Plans of the Hydrographic Basins of Azorean Crater Lakes, the Regional Directorate for Spatial Planning and Water Resources has concluded the 1st Assessment Report of the Land Management Plan of the Sete Cidades Crater Lake Hydrographic Basin regarding 2009.
The main goal is to evaluate its efficiency, by verifying the compliance with the projects and actions defined by the Implementation Programme and the Financing Plan, as well as its efficacy by analysing the sustainability of the results achieved in accordance with the guidelines of the Management Plan, which contributes to an ongoing assessment of its suitability and implementation.
