Welcome to the page of the
Azores Regional Statistics Service!

In the Autonomous Region of the Azores, the mission of the Regional Statistics Service (SREA) is to collect process and make available to users the necessary statistic and reliable information for decision-making, public debated and research.

Integrated in the organic of the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government, the SREA also serves as delegation of the National Statistics Institute, thus contributing to the production of all national statistics within the Region.
In addition to main office in Angra do Heroísmo, the Regional Statistics Service also integrates the São Miguel and Faial offices, which contribute to the production and dissemination of the regional official statistics and play an important role among the users of statistical information on these islands.
