The Portal of the Government of the Azores is prepared to be read by converters of voice, so that citizens with visual deficiencies can browse in the Portal. The affixation of the Symbol of Accessibility doesn’t guarantee that the site is 100% accessible. The use of this symbol demonstrates, only, an effort in increasing the accessibility of the sites of the regional autonomous administration in the Internet by the citizens with special needs.
The Portal of the Government of the Azores is able of communicating with the user through spoken language, through the European leader program Read Speaker.
