The Regional Government has decided to extend the deadline for the submission of the Single Report 2019 by another 45 days, following the exceptional measures adopted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
With this deadline extension, which is part of a resolution published today in the Official Journal, after being approved by the Council of the Government Council on May 11, employers may submit the social information of their companies until 30 June.
 
Acknowledging the increased effort made by Azorean entrepreneurs to prepare the Single Report and the situation that companies currently face, the Regional Government intends to reconcile the deadlines for legal compliance of companies and employers. This measure will facilitate a process that is fundamental to their work practice through a schedule better suited to the submission of the Single Report in the current context. 

Accordingly, the extension of the deadline for the submission of the Single Report regarding the social information of companies and employers, now determined by the Regional Government, contributes to the rebalancing and readjustment of responsibilities, so that companies can meet the best conditions for the submission of the 2019 report. 

The Single Report contains the details of companies' social activities for each year and its submission must be made exclusively in digital format, through an Internet platform available at https://oefp.azores.gov.pt
