The Regional Secretariat for Science, Technology and Infrastructures (SRCTE) signed two protocols for the rendering of voice and data communication services.
One of these agreements, signed with the company NetPartner - Consultoria e Serviços em Comunicações Empresariais, aims to provide consultancy services under the procedures to hire a voice and data communication service for the Government of the Azores.
Providing consultancy services regarding the definition of the specifications, the procedure programme and the selection criteria to hire a voice and data communication service for the Regional Government is the main purpose of this protocol with a cost of 90 thousand euros.
According to the order of the Regional Directorate for Science, Technology and Communications, the second agreement aims to provide voice and data services for the Ribeira Grande Science Centre – Santana Astronomical Observatory.
This second protocol, valued at 17 thousand euros, was awarded to the TSE – Telecomunicações, Segurança e Electrónica, Lda., a company located in the municipality of Ponta Delgada.
The protocol stipulates the supply of material and the installation of a structured network for voice and data communication for the Astronomical Observatory, including track systems, SMART energy network and CTV network, as well as the accomplishment of ITED functionality tests for certification purposes.
