More than 77 thousand Euros is the global amount awarded by the Regional Secretariat for Labour and Social Solidarity to two private social solidarity institutions in the Region. 
The support awarded by Ordinance will benefit the Parish Social Centre of Arrifes – Saúde and the “Casa de Povo” of Arrifes, both on São Miguel. 
The amount allocated to the Parish Social Centre of Arrifes - Saúde is of 18,500.00 Euros and aims to subsidise the payment of fees regarding the project of a day nursery and of a free time occupation workshop. 
The Government of the Azores has also awarded a support to the “Casa do Povo” of Arrifes, the amount being of 58,732.00 Euros, in order to subsidise the construction of a laundry for home support services and the acquisition of equipment.
