The Azores Non-Medical COVID-19 Information Line - 800 29 29 29 will have a new schedule from Monday, June 1, so that it can be better adjusted to the resumption of activity in the Region and adjusted to the needs of the population. 

Accordingly, this Line will operate on working days from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. 

Created to clarify residents and non-residents about the measures adopted in the Region to face the novel coronavirus pandemic, the Line was operating every day of the week, from 8 am to 8p m, having registered more than 15 thousand call since its creation. 

The number of requests for clarification has been reducing due to the lifting of restriction measures aimed at preventing and containing the COVID-19 pandemic, with an average of 127 daily calls in May. 

The line is operated by technicians from various departments of the Regional Government.
