The Regional Service of Civil Protection and Firemen of the Azores (SRPCBA) promotes from the 5th to the 7th of May, in Angra do Heroísmo, a course of Approach to the Redemption and to the Help destined to professionals of health.
Developed in partnership with the Regional Directorate of Health, the action of formation is integrated in the project Plescamac, of the communitarian initiative INTERREG III B.
The course, which occurs in the Center of Formation of Civil Protection and Firemen of the SRPCBA, has for objective endowing the professionals of health with knowledges in the area of the redemption and of the help, moving them for the tasks to develop in the ambit of the pre-hospital emergence.
In the initiative, with predominantly practical character, the pupils will participate in tasks of redemption (simulated) in the ambit of rescue and redemption in great angle (cliffs), freeing victims in accidents of transport and redemption of victims and fighting fires in constructions.
The course intends, also, to cement the capacities of answer to the emergence and harmonize operational proceedings in the interface of the pre-hospital help with the unities of health, constituting opportunity to consolidate the capacities of the professionals of health, through the resource to a significant number of thought exercises for a simple approach but simultaneously approaching of most of the incidents that provoke victims.
