The Angra do Heroísmo Museum promotes a yoga workshop entitled "Train the change" in a joint organisation with three yoga centres that will be held next Saturday, October 21, from 2 to 6 PM.

This workshop will be conducted by monitor Carla Ferraz, who graduated in yoga and coaching from the International University of Yoga. The initiative is addressed to participants from the age of 15 and registrations should be made at the email address [email protected] or by telephone 295 240 800.

The first part of the training session will address the conceptual component of yoga, exploring its philosophical basis, as well as how concepts lead to change. In turn, the second part will be more practical, focusing on how techniques align with concepts and how to achieve a gradual change.
