The promotional film titled as “Islands of Magical Nature” (Ilhas de Natureza Mágica) received, by the sixth time, an international prize - an Honourable Mention – at the “Grand Prix CIFFT Tourism Film Festival 2009” held in Vienna on November 13, which is one of the most prestigious tourism film festivals in the world. 

Given its quality and originality, this film which was part of the promotional campaign of the Azores last year has been distinguished at six festivals of this nature, with special emphasis on the prizes at the Festivals that took place in Poland, in the Czech Republic and in Portugal, at the National Tourism Film Festival.

The advertising spot was created by the Ofício Agency. It was directed by Gideon Nel, produced by Pix Mix with the soundtrack of Leo Delibes.
