The promotional film titled as “Islands of Magical Nature” (Ilhas de Natureza Mágica) which integrated the Azores advertising campaign carried out in the internal market by the Regional Secretariat for the Economy and by the Azores Tourism Association (ATA) in 2008 was distinguished with three awards under the Art & Tur – International Tourism Film Festival which took place in Barcelos, from September 23 to September 27.
In addition to having won the Best Film Art & Tur 2009, this 90-second advertising spot produced by the Oficio Agency in 2008 was also considered the “Best Film in the Ecology and Tourism Category” and the “Best Music.”
The Art & Tur Festival is promoted by the Portuguese Tourismology Association and this year’s edition counted upon 170 films in competition, from 38 countries.
