The rise of oil price in the international markets, which has registered an increase over the last weeks, led the Azorean Government to raise in 1 cent the maximum public sales price of 95 and 98 octane petrol, road diesel as well as of agricultural and fishing diesel.
Hence, the 95 and 98 petrol will now be sold at a maximum of 1.11 and 1.17 Euros per litre and road diesel at 92 cents per litre.
Road diesel will be sold at a maximum price of 52 cents per litre and fishing diesel at 40 cents per litre.
The prices for the industrial fuel and for the gas for domestic consumption will remain unaltered.
The new amounts, which stipulate the maximum public sales prices, will come in force on Saturday at 12 AM.
