The Regional Directorate for Communities (DRC) informs all interested parties that application period for support provided by this entity to the organisation of events to take place in 2011. Applications must be filled in the appropriate form at the services in Ponta Delgada, Angra do Heroísmo and Horta or at the Consulates of Portugal in the areas of residence, and submitted to this Regional Directorate.
For more information, the interested parties may the Ordinance no. 68/2008 of August 11, which regulates the requests for support to activities to be developed in the areas of emigrant and returnee Communities; the Ordinance no. 25/2000 of 6 April, which regulates the support awarded to field trips to the Azores undertaken by educational establishments located in the emigrant Communities, and the Ordinance no. 14/2007 of March 7 that regulates the support awarded to activities developed in the area of Immigration.
Applications must be submitted by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or hand-delivered to this Regional Directorate at Rua Cônsul Dabney, Colónia Alemã, Apartado 96, 9900-014 Horta from:
• October 15 to December 15
- Support to be granted in the area of emigration - Ordinance 68/2008 of 11 August;
- Support to be granted in the area of immigration - Ordinance 14/2007 of 15 March;
• October 1 to 31 December
- Support to be granted in the area of emigration - student exchanges - Ordinance 25/2000 of 6 April;
