The average responsibilities of the cattle explorations in intermediate consumptions (raw materials and subsidiary matters, namely) went down in the island of S. Miguel, between 2000 and 2005, of 13 for 12 cents per each litre of milk delivered for transformation.
In the period in reference, Terceira, second Azorean island in terms of production of milk, registered a support of costs in 12 cents per litre.
According to data already analysed in seat of the Integrated Network of Agricultural Accounting (RICA), the island of Pico was accusing, in 2005, the biggest responsibility in intermediate consumption of goods by litre of milk - 19 cents, more two than in 2000.
In Faial, the costs of this segment went down, in the period in reference, of 14 for 13 cents per litre, being aggravated, in S. Jorge, of 12 for 17 cents.
In Graciosa they increased of 11 for 12 cents, passing, in Flores, of 21 for 16 cents (between 2000 and 2003, in this specific case).
