The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Forestry, through the Regional Directorate for Rural Development, reopened the application period for POSEI and PRORURAL+, which had been suspended until March 31 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing procedures to avoid the travel of farmers to official services. 

During the pandemic phase, the remote collection of application forms for the payment of aid on the SiAGRI computer application will be carried out by electronic means, namely by telephone or email. 

With the aim of carrying out the remote authentication of the respective forms, an electronic tool was developed on the Beneficiary Portal, which will enable farmers to consult the draft application in PDF format and submit the aid request safely and not in-person, using the authentication password. 

These new procedures are part of a wider set of simplification, alert and information measures that have been implemented by the Regional Government to help farmers and all agents in the sector to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic as best as possible.
