1991-1992 - She worked at the company Eletricidade dos Açores - EP in the Central Department of Finance (Community funds and economic and financial statement analysis).
1992-1993 - She worked in the Office of Internal Audits (supervision of the commercial, financial, personnel and administrative departments) at the same company.
1993 (October to March) - Traineeship at the Commission of European Communities - XVII Directorate General for Energy (analysis and forecasting, energy and environment). Duties: macroeconomic analysis of demand, supply (imports/exports) and energy prices.
1993-1998 - She was responsible for the Commercial Services of the Exploration Centre on São Miguel at EDA, SA.
1994 (September and October) - She taught a 75-hour training course on SEGEC - Business Management Corporate System in the following areas: meter reading; portable meter reading devices; customer service; billing and service orders. The course was taught on September 26-30 and October 3-7.
1997 (October) - She taught a training course on Customer Service in the areas of BT tariffs; hiring; billing; reading; payment; service orders and management control on October 29-31. The course had a duration 18 hours and 30 minutes.
