Powers and structure
1 - The Regional Directorate for Community Agricultural Affairs supports the Regional Secretary in the establishment of regional agricultural policy in relation to EU agricultural policy, as well as steer, coordinate and control its regional and local implementation.
2 - The Regional Directorate for Community Agricultural Affairs has the following services:
a) Directorate for Rural Development;
b) Directorate for Direct Subsidies Scheme;
c) Administrative, Financial and Planning Department.
3 - The Regional Directorate for Community Agricultural Affairs shall be aided in carrying out its duties by the agricultural development service of the island.
