The Government of the Azores decided to lower in two cents per litre the sale prices of the 95-octane and 98-octane unleaded gasoline, which start costing 1,33 and 1,37 euros, respectively, from zero hours of Thursday.
The new prices of the fuels in the Region, the first ones consecrating a lowering in the gasoline after the increase of the cost of the oil in the international markets, are part of a Governmental Decree of the office of Carlos César published today in the Official Gazette.
In the document, the Executive reiterates its pledge in which the prices of the fuels practiced in the Region are as low as possible, given their “incidence in the cost of life of the populations”.
