The business plan, as well as the investments to be made this year by SATA-Aerodrome Management, S.A in the four Azorean aerodromes, will reach 37 million Euros.
The Government Council approved a Resolution last Wednesday that estimates a maximum amount of 36,856,840 Euros as the investment for that plan.
Among other interventions, the plan includes the expansion and extension of the runway and the reinforcement of the water supply in the aerodrome of São Jorge Island, the reinforcement of the runway pavement in the aerodrome of Corvo Island, the final stage of the installation of the ILS (Instrument Landing System) equipment in the aerodrome of Pico Island and the project to build a control tower in the aerodrome of Graciosa Island.
