The Government of the Azores decided to decrease the maximum prices in the Region of the road diesel fuel and of the gasoline, which start to be sold, since Wednesday, at less three and one cents per litre, respectively.
The 95 and 98 octane gasoline start to be marketed in the Azores to 1,30 and 1,34 euros per litre and the diesel fuel to 99 cents, benefiting of the first reduction from the escalation of the prices of the oil in the international market.
The dispatch that sets the new prices in the Region explains their reduction with the variations registered in the markets and with the option of the Executive of guaranteeing the practice of prices as low as possible, given the incidence of the responsibilities with the fuels in the life of the populations.
