The Azores were one of the participant regions in a roadshow that was organized by the tourism operator TUI, which took place in ten German Cities during the month of May.
Hamburg, Hannover, Dresden, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Mannheim were some of the cities where the TUI REISEQUIZ 09 took place, with the support of the Regional Directorate for Tourism.
The concept of the roadshow held in Germany combines the organisation of actions addressed at agents from the tourism market in places where large crowds gather, in this case, several cinemas in the chosen cities, with the taste of Regional products.
In addition to the distribution of promotional material and the dissemination of products, these roadshows also include presentation and information sessions about the participating regions, where operators can collect all sorts of information related to the selected destination.
