Ponta Delgada Public Library and Regional Archive continues cycle “Cinema on Holidays”
The dissemination of stories among children and youngsters, with the exhibition of various films by appointment, will continue at the Ponta Delgada Public Library and Regional Archive next week.
The film “The Ant Bully” addressed at children over six will be exhibited on August 10 at 2:30 PM. This is a story about a young boy named Lucas, who realizes when one is small as an ant, the world is big – and the adventure is even bigger.
“Flushed away” a film addressed at children over six will be exhibited in a double session on August 11 at 10 AM and 2:30 PM, respectively. Roddy is a spoiled pet rat that lives in a posh house, thinking that live could not be better... until he is literally “Flushed Away” to a buzzing underworld populated by ninja frogs, gangs of henchman rats and by singing slugs.
The film “Mickey’s House of Villains” addressed at children over four will be exhibited on August 12 at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM. A group of well-known villains tries to turn Mickey’s house into a house of villains. Will Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy close the door on the villains?
“Mulan 2” a film addressed at children over four will reach the auditorium on August 13 at 2:30 PM. Mulan receives the most exciting news of her life when general Shang proposes to her, but surprises have just begun. In addition, Mulan and Shang have to escort three princesses throughout China, who are betrothed but none of them desire these marriages. Ulan will take a decision that will change the course of history.

This film invites to a voyage into an Enchanted Village, where the Magic Carousel is trapped in the ice by the creeping and evil wizard Zeebad, whose mission is to enslave he Earth, freezing it forever.
